3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe refers to a 3-layer structure polyethylene coating (MAPEC) outer anti-corrosion steel pipes, which is a commonly used anti-corrosion tube. In addition, steel tubes also have anti-corrosion methods such as IPN8710, FBE epoxy powder, and epoxy coal tar pitch. Generally refers to the anti-corrosion of the outer wall of the steel tubing.
The base material of 3pe anti-corrosion steel tube includes seamless steel pipe, spiral steel pipes and straight seam steel tube. The three-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion coating has been widely used in the oil pipeline industry due to its good corrosion resistance, water vapor resistance and mechanical properties.
The anti-corrosion steel tubes lined with cement mortar refers to the anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment of cement mortar inside the pipe body of the steel pipe.
