ASTM A283 steel plate is divided into four grades according to the structural quality of use: A283 Gr.A steel plates, A283 Gr,B carbon steel plate, A283 Gr,C steel sheet, A283 Gr,D steel sheets, executive standard: ASTM A283/A283M-03 is equivalent to ASME standard, namely SA283 Gr,A steel sheets, SA283 Gr,B Steel sheets, SA283 Gr,C hot rolled steel plate, SA283 Gr,D steel plates.
ASTM A283 steel plate belongs to the American standard carbon structural steel plate, which has good mechanical properties and is generally used for riveting, bolting and welding structural parts for bridges and buildings.
