Description
MDF is a multifunctional sheet metal. It is composed of small wood fibers bonded together with resin. Then press it into a plate under high pressure and high temperature. The board made in this way is also known as fiberboard. The biggest advantage of MDF is its ease of processing.
Therefore, it is a popular furniture board. Many MDF variants have laminated top and bottom layers.
Laminated MDF is a variant of MDF, with the top layer laminated onto it. This can be used for the top and bottom, as well as on both sides. Its advantages depend on the specifications of the laminated top layer.
E1 grade artificial boards have lower formaldehyde emissions and have less impact on indoor air quality, which is more in line with human health needs.
E0 refers to the environmental protection level that the formaldehyde release in artificial boards meets the European E0 standard. The standard stipulates that the amount of formaldehyde released cannot exceed 0.5 milligrams per liter.
