Fiberboard HDF
High density fiberboard (HDF) is made by pressing wood fibers or other plant fibers with urea formaldehyde or other synthetic resins under pressure and heating conditions. The surface texture of the board is dense and smooth, and it has good dimensional stability when the environmental temperature and humidity change, making it easy to carry out surface decoration. Its edges have a dense internal organizational structure, which can be processed into various irregular edges without the need for edge sealing, and can be directly processed for better shaping effects.

High density fiberboard (HDF) is a high-quality composite material composed of wood fibers that are compressed under high pressure and heat conditions and bonded with resin to form a very sturdy material.
HDF has many advantages, such as high wear resistance, high resistance to warping or splitting caused by humidity and temperature changes, smooth surface (can be used for flooring applications or painted as needed), high moisture resistance, and good compressive strength (i.e. it can withstand loads transmitted from above or below).
HDF is often used in furniture, cabinets, doors, molds, and flooring applications because it is durable and can be cut and shaped into complex shapes without losing its structural integrity.
