Description
High Density Fiberboard (HDF), abbreviated as HDF, has a fine and smooth surface texture. It has good dimensional stability in response to changes in environmental temperature and humidity, and is easy to carry out surface decoration treatment. The internal organizational structure is fine and has dense edges, which can be processed into various irregular edges without the need for edge sealing and direct coating, achieving good styling effects. The organizational structure is uniform and consistent both inside and outside, making it possible to carry out surface carving and processing into decorative lines of various cross-sections, making it suitable to replace natural wood as a structural material.
High density fiberboard, with its excellent physical properties and compatibility with all the advantages of fiberboard, is widely used in indoor and outdoor decoration, office, high-end furniture, audio, and interior decoration of luxury cars. It can also be used as a material for anti-static floors, wall panels, anti-theft doors, wall panels, partitions, and other materials in computer rooms. It is also a good material for packaging. In recent years, it has replaced high-end hardwood and directly processed into composite flooring, reinforced flooring, etc., widely used in indoor decoration.
