Description
Stainless Steel Diamond Plate is embossed on the stainless steel sheet through mechanical equipment, so that the surface of the plate appears with concave and convex patterns.
Stainless steel checker plates are divided into two categories:
The first type is rolled by a rolling mill when the steel plant produces stainless steel. The main thickness of this type of product is about 3-6mm, and it is in a state of annealing and pickling after hot rolling. The process is as follows:
Stainless steel billet → black coil rolled by hot tandem rolling mill → thermal annealing and pickling line → tempering machine, tension leveler, polishing line → cross-cutting line → hot-rolled stainless steel pattern plate
This type of checker plate is flat on one side and patterned on the other. This type of pattern plate is more commonly used in chemical industry, railway vehicles, platforms and other occasions that require strength.
The second category is processing companies on the market, which purchase hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel plates from steel mills and mechanically stamp them into patterned plates. This type of product has one side concave and one side convex, and is often used for general civilian decoration. This type of product is mostly cold-rolled, and most of the 2B/BA cold-rolled stainless steel pattern plates on the market are of this type.
