Production process of plywood

Plywood is a board made by hot pressing multiple layers of thin wooden boards or particle boards, which has the characteristics of structural stability, durability, waterproofing, earthquake resistance, fire prevention, etc. It is widely used in construction, furniture, packaging, transportation, and other fields.

The main process flow of plywood:
Log → Log sawing → Wood forging and rotary cutting → Single board rotary cutting → Material selection → Drying → Health preservation → Grinding head splicing → Splicing → Gluing → Cold pressing → Hot pressing → Sanding → Sawing → Finished product → Inspection/packaging.
The manufacturing methods of plywood can be divided into cold pressing method and hot pressing method. Cold pressing method refers to using dried veneer, applying glue, forming blanks, and cold pressing to produce plywood. Hot pressing method refers to the process of hot pressing dried veneer into plywood. Among these two methods, the hot pressing method is widely used due to its high production efficiency and good product quality.
Precautions for use
1. When using plywood, pay attention to whether the surface is flat and the edges are intact to avoid problems during use.
2. When storing plywood, the humidity should not be too high or too low to avoid deformation, cracking, etc.
3. During use, attention should be paid to the weight and thickness of the board, and appropriate fixation and support methods should be selected.
In short, plywood is a type of board product that is easy to produce and widely used. Its production process is simple and easy to learn, and raw materials are readily available, making it widely used in various fields.
