Description
High density fiberboard (HDF), abbreviated as HDF, has a fine and smooth surface texture. It has good dimensional stability to changes in environmental temperature and humidity, and is easy to carry out surface decoration treatment. The internal organizational structure is fine, with dense edges, which can be processed into various irregular edges without the need for edge sealing or direct coating, achieving good styling effects. The organizational structure is consistent both internally and externally, and can be surface carved and processed into decorative lines of various cross-sections, suitable for replacing natural wood as a structural material.
HDF is widely used in floor, door, and panel applications due to its ability to resist decay, mold, and moisture due to its laminated fiber structure.
